This property is located in the Welsh city of Connah’s Quay. Connah's Quay (Welsh: Cei Connah) known locally as "The Quay" is a community and the largest town in Flintshire, lying within the Deeside conurbation along the River Dee, near the border with England. The adventure into Wales was worth it and the rental income was a contributing factor. The property was originally a 2-bed terraced house, however, given the size of the property, we converted it into a 3-bed house.
Although, the property looked tired, it did not matter because the refurbishment was done at the same time the third bedroom was being created. Completed in Q3 2019, the property achieved 40.9% capital growth and 9.5% average rental yield.
